From Berlin city of the Star-up scene, Shahin Navabian founder of CentricMind reached me out to co-partner with him on an adventure to reinvent the way companies interact with communication internally and externally. We worked for about 6 months on ideas, concepts, & prototype an MVP in order to test it in the market.
As Product designer my role was to support the Ideation Process, Creative Thinking as the conceptualization: Sketching ideas, Wireframing, User Interface & Interaction to finally create a demo prototype to guide the team to finalise the MVP. I worked hand to hand with CEO Shahin Nabavian, as also working along side the Engineer team.

We gather and analysed examples about how teams & companies communicate, and where is the gap between those different channels, we also explore data visualization, infographics and how this can be implemented in our concepts.
IDEATION
After our findings and mapping our data, we started to connect & explore ideas as defining users journeys, personas.

During the ideation phase the team were able to establish the overall creative direction. The goal was to create something fresh and obviously different from the rest of the insurance industry.
PERSONAS
Following the Discovery phase we wanted to establish a set of global themes that could be applied to AXA’s challenge. These themes were visible throughout the entire project to ensure the challenge was being met in the right way.

cONCEPTING
After a deep understanding of the information, user behaviour and needs, I started to conceptualise ideas, mockups and generating prototypes that later on would be tested and validated
